ALIG collaborated with the department of labour, employment, and training, government of Jharkhand, to train women in various skills. The duration of the training depended on the course one opted for.

The training was conducted under expert supervision. After completion of the training, an assessment was done by a third-party organization and successful candidates were awarded certificates.

The training provided an opportunity for women to become self-reliant and become economically independent.
