ALIG, as a NGO in India, has been working relentlessly to achieve its goal of an educated, healthy and skilled India. Through our carefully designed programmes based on education, healthcare, livelihood and women empowerment, we work towards bringing a positive change in the lives of the underprivileged children and their families.
Requirements

People who want to build their careers in a NGO in India and are committed as ardent individuals, may please apply. People have always been at the core of all we do. Currently, we have a team of over 65 full-time career professionals from diverse backgrounds working across four states of India in various projects and our offices.

What we Expect from you?

Our endeavour is noble and our aspirations big.

We are looking for personalities instead of just people. In our bid to build a better India, we are looking for people with compassion for the country, empathy for the underprivileged and diligence towards the career assignment.

With regards to the person working with us, we typically look for individuals who:

  • Are self-motivated with a strong drive and sense of result achievements, specially for the social service sector and aspiring to build his or her career.
  • Possesses strategic and analytical skills as well as good communication and stakeholder management skills. This will be helpful to manage grassroots-level projects
  • Have the ability to exercise informal authority and are able to work easily, cross-functionally with people at all levels.
  • Can develop and motivate a professional team and are able to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Are proficient in written and verbal English.
  • Have the experience from a similar background of a NGO in India. Though not essential, it could be an added advantage
