Pankh- A Jharkhand Education Project

Pankh- an initiative of Jharkhand Education Project is aimed at enrolling out of school children in government schools. The focus is on street children and child labour’s. ALIG teachers and its volunteers tied up with the District Education Office, Jamshedpur to identify such children in urban slums. In two visits, ALIG team identified 42 children, whose records have been collected and would be enrolled in the nearby school in the new session.
